Spicy Truffle Sauce with Black Summer Truffle
The spicy truffle sauce is made from 5% ground black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.), peanut oil, champignon mushrooms, almonds and chilli pepper.
Spicy truffle can be consumed both at room temperature and after being reheated; To use it best, add only extra virgin olive or peanut oil and heat for a few minutes.
The spicy truffle is ideal for spreading on bruschetta or crostini, excellent to enjoy as an accompaniment to first courses and omelettes.
Minimum shelf life
24 months from the date of production
Once the jar is opened, cover with oil and store in the refrigerator for about 20 days.
