The price of the truffle varies every day and depends on the caliber, for this reason it is not possible for us to fix a price for the truffle: the price will be formulated based on your needs and based on the availability of the product on the market.

We purchase truffles every evening and every morning from our trusted hunters. The truffles are checked one by one, brushed and then classified based on size and quality. The precious tuber is packaged in polystyrene boxes suitable for transport with synthetic ice. The truffle is carefully arranged and kept cool, so that it reaches your tables in the best conditions. Delivery is made by express courier throughout Europe within 24 hours.

The main species of truffles and harvesting periods
White truffle:
Prized white truffle (tuber magnatum pico), harvest period from 1 October to 31 December;
Bianchetto or Marzuolo truffle (tuber borchii Vitt.), from 15 January to 30 April;
Black truffle:
Winter Black Truffle (tuber melanosporum), from 15 November to 15 March;
Black Summer Truffle or Scorzone (tuber aestivum vitt.), from 1 May to 30 November;
Hooked Truffle (tuber uncinatum), from mid-September to 31 December.

How to store fresh truffles
Both the White Truffle and the Black Truffle can be stored in the refrigerator in the least cold area, individually wrapped in absorbent paper and closed inside an airtight food container; the paper must be replaced, if necessary, even every day.
Storage period for black truffles: approximately 5 to 15 days, for white truffles approximately 4-5 days.
The White Truffle must absolutely not be frozen while the Black Truffle can be frozen individually in a glass container, in extra virgin olive oil or in butter. The storage period varies between 5 and 6 months depending on the technique used.
